We measure space and time.
My house, 4 metres by 8.5 metres. Two stories high.
Twenty hours a day lying down. Twenty hours a week for the daily basics of living. Eight hours left over, for me to live my life.
The fabric of the universe is space-time. I disturb it relatively little.
We measure achievement and wealth. More relative measures. I barely register.
We don’t know how to measure a life. What is the value of our thoughts? Our feelings? Our relationships? How do you measure the effect of one person on life itself? Is my ripple as valuable as others? I know as much as you.
